Medium-term management plan は固有名詞ではありません。
よって、キャピタライズする必要はありません。

下記に正しい英文と間違った英文の例をご紹介いたします。

Incorrect:
The company’s Medium-Term Management Plan will run from fiscal 2018 to fiscal 2020

Correct:
The company’s medium-term management plan will run from fiscal 2018 to fiscal 2020.

グローバルな目線で貴社の大切なIRにおけるワードチョイスをご検討いただけると嬉しいです。

英語ドラフト版原稿も添付させていただきます。

The phrase is too ambiguous in two ways.

First, what does “medium-term” mean, actually? And, does it mean the same thing to a global business English reader as it does to a Japanese business manager?

Does medium-term mean two years? Three years? Five years? To the creator of the 中期経営計画, the term might be obvious. But, the reader has only a vague idea. I much prefer companies to be specific about the term of their 中期経営計画. Instead of a medium-term plan, why not call it a three-year (or five-year) plan? Be specific, so the global English reader knows exactly what you’re saying.

The second part of 中期経営計画 is term “management plan.” While this phrase is not quite as vague as “medium-term,” the English usage is a bit awkward.

In the United States, a “management plan” is generally used to refer to how a project or resource (e.g. national park) is controlled, monitored, and executed.

US companies use other terms, such as business plan or strategy, when talking about their business plans, goals, and execution. For me, “business plan” is clearer to the global English reader than “management plan.”

To conclude, “medium-term management plan” is the correct translation when compared to “mid-term management plan.” If companies want to communicate more clearly to their global stakeholders, then the term “three-year business plan” would be ideal.

Last, let me answer the question of capitalization. I see translators frequently capitalize medium-term management plan in their writing. Medium-term management plan is not a proper noun, so it is not capitalized.

Incorrect:
The company’s Medium-Term Management Plan will run from fiscal 2018 to fiscal 2020

Correct:
The company’s medium-term management plan will run from fiscal 2018 to fiscal 2020.
